How can I connect Cakewalk to my HRIS and IdP to sync users?

Cakewalk connects to your HRIS or IdP via a secure API connection. Simply go to Settings → Data Sources → Users, select “Connect” and choose your provider (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, Google Workspaxece).

Follow the guided setup to authenticate the connection. Depending on your HRIS or IdP, you’ll either:

• Log in via OAuth (e.g., for Google Workspace)

• Provide API credentials or authorize permissions (e.g., for HiBob)

Once connected, Cakewalk syncs employee data (e.g. names, email, reporting lines, start dates and leave dates) to power joiner, mover and leaver workflows.
