Who can request access on behalf of another user?

Proposed Answer

The ability to request access on behalf of another user depends on your role:

Admin - Any user in the organization

Manager - Their direct reports

User - Themselves only

How to Request on Behalf of Someone

Via Slack: Tag @Cakewalk Assistant and mention the user: "@Cakewalk Assistant give Figma access to @john"

Via Web App:

  1. Navigate to User Overview

  2. Select the user

  3. Click Assign App(s)

  4. Select the app and permission level

  5. Submit the request
