What is a User on Cakewalk?

The role of User in Cakewalk refers to any person in your organization who can request, receive or hold access to applications.

Users have the lowest level of permissions in Cakewalk. Users can be app owners and line managers and get fully visibility as well as control access to their respective apps and direct reports.

Users are typically synced from your IdP or HRIS. They can use Cakewalk to view what apps they have access to, request new access in Slack or on the web application and receive notifications about changes to their access.
