How can I sync users from my HR system onto Cakewalk?

You can connect your HRIS or IdP system (like HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra) directly in the Settings.

Go to Settings → Data Source → Users → Connect in Cakewalk. Once connected, Cakewalk automatically syncs your employees approximately every 2 hours, ensuring accurate user data for onboarding and offboarding.
