How can I set up IdP-based Auto Provisioning?

Setting up Auto Provisioning through SCIM in Cakewalk is simple:

  1. Connect your IdP

    First, make sure your IdP (like Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, or Okta) is connected to Cakewalk.

  2. Add the App

    Ensure the application you want to Auto Provision to via SCIM is added to your App Catalogue.

  3. Connect User groups

    Ensure your User groups are synced from your IdP. Admins can achieve this by going to Settings → Data Sources and selecting “Connect” next to User groups.

  4. Enable IdP-based Provisioning

    In the app settings, navigate to “Provisioning” and enable provisioning via IdP.
