How do I import my applications into Cakewalk?

You can import your applications into Cakewalk in three ways:

  1. Connect your Identity Provider (like Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra) to automatically pull a list of connected apps and default permissions.

  2. Send a CSV with your app list, including optional custom properties like cost, owner and business unit, to your Customer Success Manager.

  3. Add apps manually in the Cakewalk dashboard, useful for one-offs or smaller setups.

Once imported, you can enrich your apps with ownership, cost, access controls and provisioning settings.
