No. Each app can only have one App Owner. This ensures clear accountability for access decisions and access reviews.

If you need to distribute app governance tasks across multiple people, you have several options:

• Create a Custom Role: Go to Settings → Custom Layouts and add a person-type property called "Secondary Owner" (or similar). Then create a policy that assigns tasks to this custom role.

• Use Privileged Users: Create a policy that assigns tasks to all users with privileged permissions in the app.

• Use User Groups: Create a policy that assigns tasks to all members of a specific user group.

These approaches let you share the workload while keeping a single App Owner accountable for each app.
