How Can I Export Data From Cakewalk?

You can export data from four pages in Cakewalk:

  • App governance: CSV or JSON

  • User overview: CSV or JSON

  • On/offboarding: CSV or JSON

  • Access reviews: CSV

Export a table

On App governance, User overview or On/offboarding:

  1. Apply the filters you need. To pick columns, open or create a custom view.

  2. Open the Export menu at the top right of the table.

  3. Choose Export to CSV or Export to JSON.

The file contains the rows you see, in the order you sorted them. If a custom view is open, it uses that view's columns.

Export an access review

Open the access review, open its menu and choose Export to CSV. You can export at any time during the review. Canceled reviews cannot be exported.

What you cannot export

The Request log, the Task dashboard and the user list on an app's own page have no export. To pull request history into another system, use the Open API: GET /Requests lists requests and filters them by status, type and last updated time.
