How do I log in to Cakewalk?

Go to app.getcakewalk.io. You can log in four ways:

• Sign in with Google, with your Google Workspace account.

• Sign in with Microsoft, with your Microsoft work account (Entra ID).

• Sign in with SSO, if your company has single sign on set up with Cakewalk. Enter your work email and Cakewalk sends you to your company's identity provider, for example Okta.

• Email and password. If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? on the login page.

Setting up SSO for your company

SSO works through SAML with your company's identity provider. Cakewalk's team sets it up for your email domain, so there is no setting for it in the app. Contact Cakewalk support to start.

Cakewalk can also make SSO required for your domain. New users then accept their invite through your identity provider only.

"Single sign-on is not configured for this email domain"

This message means SSO is not set up for the domain of the email you entered. Use another login method, or ask your Admin whether SSO has been set up with Cakewalk.

SSO login is separate from syncing users. Connecting Google Workspace, Entra ID or Okta under Data sources imports your people into Cakewalk. It does not change how they log in.
