What are Synced user groups?

Synced User Groups are groups that Cakewalk automatically imports from your IdP (e.g. Google Workspace, Entra, Okta).

These groups sync approximately every 2 hours to Cakewalk. When someone joins or leaves the group in the source system, Cakewalk reflects that change instantly. This ensures access is always aligned with your org structure.

Synced user groups behave the same as Cakewalk user groups.
