What are Synced user groups?

Synced user groups are groups Cakewalk imports from your identity provider (for example Google Workspace, Entra ID or Okta).

Changes in your identity provider, like someone joining or leaving a group, show up in Cakewalk within about two hours. This keeps access aligned with your org structure.

Synced user groups behave the same as Cakewalk user groups.
