Can I edit synced user groups?

It depends on the type of sync that’s configured. One way synced user groups mirror your source system and you can’t edit them in Cakewalk. Bi-directional synced user groups can be edited, with the changes being reflect in the groups in your HRIS or IdP.

To change membership or rules, update the group in your HRIS or IdP (for example, Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace). Cakewalk syncs those updates automatically.
